At Decorcity, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Your trust matters to us, and this refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for every order.

🔁 General Return & Refund Policy

  • All Decorcity products are new, authentic, and quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Returns are accepted for:
    • Damaged products
    • Defective items
    • Incorrect product received
    • Product not matching description

We also offer 7-day easy returns for change-of-mind purchases.

📦 Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days from delivery date
  • For damaged/defective items, notify within 48 hours of delivery

📌 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

✔ Product must be unused, unwashed, and uninstalled
✔ Must be returned in original packaging with all tags & accessories
✔ No scratches, damage, or signs of use
✔ Product should be in the same condition as delivered

Decorcity reserves the right to perform a quality check (QC) before approving refunds.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

⏱ Within: 48 hours of delivery

Include:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

After verification → we offer free replacement or full refund

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect items → Free pickup arranged by Decorcity
  • For change-of-mind returns → Customer bears return shipping cost
    (We assist with pickup if needed)

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product and it passes QC:

  • Refund is processed within 2–5 working days
  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (details required)
  • COD charges are non-refundable

🎁 Store Credit Option

In some cases, refunds may be issued as Decorcity Store Credit, which:

  • Can be used for future purchases
  • Has a validity of 6–12 months
  • Is shared via email

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch → Full refund
  • After dispatch → Cancellation not possible (return policy applies)
